What’s your cancellation policy?
Flexible bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before 4pm on the day of arrival without charge. Late cancellations incur a one-night fee, and advanced purchase offers are non-refundable and non-amendable. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments can also be made via bank transfer or online payment link when arranged in advance.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Our Lobby, Hyde Cafe, Nipa Thai, Park Restaurant and Park Lounge Bar are all wheelchair accessible. Each floor is wheelchair accessible via the use of our Guest Lifts. We also have four accessible rooms, located on the 16th and 17th floors.
